Delete your OnlyKampus account

This page is provided by OnlyKampus by Amigos Intel, operated by Amigos Duraderos Sdn Bhd, for users who want to delete their OnlyKampus account and associated personal data.

Delete your account in the app

If you can sign in to OnlyKampus, open your Profile, choose Delete account, enter your current password and confirm the permanent deletion.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, email us from the email address registered to your OnlyKampus account.

Email account deletion request

Please include: your registered OnlyKampus email address and the words “Account deletion request”. We may need to verify that you own the account before processing the request.

What will be deleted

When an account is permanently deleted, the account and associated student profile information are deleted, together with associated authentication sessions, push-notification registrations and student-verification records and evidence that remain linked to the account.

Data we may retain

Limited security, fraud-prevention, audit or legal records may be retained where necessary for legitimate security, regulatory or legal obligations. Where retained, such records are not kept as an active OnlyKampus account.
