OnlyKampus Child Safety Standards
Standards and procedures for preventing and responding to child sexual abuse and exploitation.

OnlyKampus is operated by Amigos Intel, a brand of Amigos Duraderos Sdn Bhd.
OnlyKampus has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Prohibited Conduct
Users must not create, upload, send, request, distribute, promote, facilitate or otherwise engage with content or behaviour involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of a child.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming or attempted grooming of minors
- Sexual solicitation involving minors
- Sexual extortion or coercion involving minors
- Trafficking or exploitation of minors for sexual purposes
- Requests for, distribution of, or promotion of sexual content involving minors
- Any other behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a child
In-App Reporting
OnlyKampus provides in-app reporting mechanisms that allow users to report inappropriate content, accounts, messages and safety concerns.
Reports involving suspected child sexual abuse, exploitation or CSAM are treated as serious safety matters.
Users should use the in-app reporting tools whenever possible so that the relevant account or content can be identified and investigated.
Enforcement
When OnlyKampus becomes aware of content or behaviour that violates these standards, appropriate action may include:
- Removing prohibited content
- Restricting, suspending or permanently terminating accounts
- Preventing further access to OnlyKampus
- Preserving relevant information where legally permitted or required
- Escalating matters to appropriate authorities where required by applicable law
OnlyKampus does not tolerate users who use the service to facilitate child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Reporting to Authorities
OnlyKampus complies with applicable child-safety laws and legal obligations.
Where required by applicable law, confirmed or suspected CSAM or child sexual exploitation matters may be reported to the appropriate regional, national or other competent authorities.
OnlyKampus will cooperate with valid legal requests from authorised law-enforcement or child-safety authorities in accordance with applicable law.
